Wonderful 1st class experience overall from all of the team at R&J Leather. From the first time walking into the Hamilton branch I was welcomed with a smile and great customer service. The delivery team are amazing. They come to your home and set up your new sofa and also take away the wrapping. The staff also offered me a two seater sofa while i waited for my new one arriving as I had already sold my other one, you wouldn’t get that service anywhere else. Thank you very much once again guys. It’s been a pleasure doing business with you.

The staff who work in the show room in Hamilton are very patient and friendly with the customers, they helped us to get the sofas that we'd like to have, their advice helped us to choose the best and more suited for our living room. Their delivery team was absolutely professional and ontime. They set the sofas in our living room as we asked them and set them very properly and eventually made our living room seem very nice, I truly appreciate the staff in the show room and the delivery team, I very highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for soaf, dining table etc, they are brilliant 👏.

Received our fantastic leather suite on Friday April 10th. It was delivered by James and Grant. They both were fantastic , polite and friendly. Nothing was too much bother. Brought in our suite through our rear doors ( all 3 parts , arm chairs and sofa were in protective covers) and positioned exactly where we wanted, making sure we were happy with it . Brilliant service.
